🗣️ SEPTEMBER PCoC POWER HOUR
CULTURE IS CONTAGIOUS: What Are We Spreading?
What if changing the culture of our community doesn’t start with a new program, committee, or campaign?
What if it starts with us?
September’s PCoC Power Hour is going to look a little different.
Instead of a traditional speaker, we’re bringing the community to the table for an interactive round-table discussion about the culture of Pampa, and the role each of us plays in creating it.
Together, we’ll talk about:
💚 What Pampa already gets right, and what’s worth protecting?
👀 What newcomers and visitors experience when they encounter our community?
🤝 How businesses can help people feel welcomed and connected?
🗣️ How the way we talk about Pampa shapes the way others see it?
🌱 Where our actions don’t always match the community we say we want?
💡 What we can change without waiting for someone else to do it?
And we’re setting one important rule:
We can identify a problem, but we can’t leave it on the table without talking about what WE can do about it.
By the end of the hour, we hope to begin answering one big question: What do we want Pampa to be known for, and what behaviors will it take from all of us to make that true?

And maybe even come ready to challenge some of our own habits.
